FAQ
Questions,answered.
Will my email keep working when you move my site?
Yes, and it is the thing we are most careful about. We check every DNS record before touching anything, keep your old host running for a month afterwards, and test your email before we tell you it is done.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. Every old page gets redirected to its new home, so the ranking follows the page rather than the address.
What if I need changes later?
Email or text them over and we quote before we start. Work is $90 an hour. We will give you a change template, and twenty small changes filled in properly take about fifteen minutes, which costs you accordingly.
What if I want to leave?
Before you approve the draft, nothing is owed and nothing is owing. After that, we keep the half you have paid for the work already done and hand over the code as it stands. Your domain is already in your name - no notice period.
Do you build online stores?
Not yet. If you need to take orders and payments, say so on the call and we will point you at someone who does it properly rather than learning it on your budget.
Do you do logos?
Yes. If you already have one we build from it at full fidelity and never redraw it without asking.
What if I do not like the draft?
Then that is where it ends and you owe nothing. Nothing is due until you have seen the site and decided it is worth finishing.
When exactly do I pay?
In two halves. The first when you have seen the draft and decided it is worth finishing, the second when it goes live. Nothing before that, and the price is agreed in writing before any of it.
